Greg Davis has been the Executive Director of Pine Springs Camp since 2007. He and Ellie have been married a glorious 25 years and consider it a great honor to be leading this ministry that God has used to mold and transform so many lives. When he is not at camp, Greg loves to play basketball and is a basketball official for local competitions. Ellie serves Pine Springs Camp as the Director of Retreats and Food Services. Ellie enjoys running and has recently completed 2 marathons and multiple half marathons. Greg and Ellie enjoy spending time with their one year old granddaughter Kaylee Anne. Joey, their son, is a junior at Ligonier Valley High School, plays soccer, is very involved in Junior ROTC and is beginning the college search. Their daughter, Jackie, and son-in-law, Jesse, currently live in Latrobe, Pa.
Summer Camp Director
Mike came to PSC in April 2008 to serve as the Summer Camp Director. Mike and his wife, Rebekah, are originally from Hamilton Sq., NJ, but have traveled the world serving the Lord and called many different places home. Mike earned his BA in Elementary Education from Waynesburg University and his MA in Intercultural Communication from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Mike is a huge sports fan, but severely outnumbered as his favorite teams are THE Eagles, THE Yankees and THE Rangers.
Adventure Education Director
Justin has served as Adventure Education Director at Pine Springs Camp since 2006. He and his wife, Alice, are from North Carolina. They met as students at Appalachian State University, and followed God's call to work at Pine Springs Camp just 2 months after they were married. The Shaffer's have 3 awesome kids; Caleb, Lilly and Jack.
Justin received his BS in Outdoor Experiential Education from Appalachian State University and his MS in Outdoor Recreation from Liberty University. Justin has a healthy obsession with running and cycling and loves exploring the great outdoors with his family.
Brian has been at Pine Springs Camp for 4 summers. He and his wife Amanda have been married for 5 years. Their son Jacob is 4 years old. Brian enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Amanda enjoys baking and making crafts. Jacob loves Pine Springs Camp and is always looking for a reason to go out to work with his dad. He also enjoys fishing and being outdoors. Amanda and Jacob like to volunteer at Camp. Brian would like to thank all of the volunteers who help make camp look great every year!
