SUMMER CAMP

REGISTRATION & FORMS

PSC wants to ensure that every camper has a great time at camp, and that every camper has the correct information on file in case of an emergency. All forms need to be completed every summer and sent to the Pine Springs Camp office 2 WEEKS BEFORE your child's arrival at camp.

Everything You Need

The Welcome Packet includes all the needed forms. If you have an Expedition (High School) or Discovery (K-2) camper, you need one additional form. Those extra forms are found under "Extra Age-Specific Forms" below.

Upload them directly to your account (Go to CampInTouch Login, login to your account, click on "Forms and Documents," upload each document accordingly)
