ONLINE PROCESSING FEES
Please understand that we are providing online registration solely for your convenience. Due to the cost of online processing fees there
will be a 5% administrative fee charged for all online registrations. Thank you for helping us serve you better.
REGISTRATION DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
All registrations require a $75 deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your 1st day of camp. Failure to satisfy your balance may waive your right to a position in that camp.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Pine Springs will make every effort to send all individuals that would like to attend a summer camp. If there are extenuating circumstances
preventing you from finding the necessary resources

CAMP STORE AND VIDEO ORDER
You have the opportunity to deposit money into the camper’s store account and order a video of your camper’s week. Please know that we will
have an administrative position that will ensure this is a smooth and easy process. We have taken additional measures to make sure that the weekly video
is completed and able to be viewed during the closing program. Please also check in during your child’s
week to see still photographs of your child available for purchase.
REGISTRATION PACKET
Your registration confirmation and packet will be sent by email if registering online. If you choose to register via mail or fax, you
will receive your confirmation and packet by mail unless you provide us with an email address. This is another way you can help this ministry by helping us
reduce our costs. Thank you.
CABIN ASSIGNMENTS
We will make every effort to place you in a cabin with a family member or friend. Please understand that part of the camp experience is
meeting new friends while developing community within your cabin and camp. Cabin assignments are made prior to your arrival at camp. This provides
counselors with an opportunity to learn about their campers. Campers may request up to 3 cabin mates during the registration process.
RETURNING FORMS
Please pay close attention to all required forms and letters. Help us help you by entirely completing all forms and requested material in a timely manner. Should you have any questions or concerns; of
