The tenth chapter of Matthew’s gospel tells us much about following Christ. In His own words, Jesus lays out a mandate for evangelism, promises certain suffering, and assesses the costs of discipleship. It hardly seems attractive.

But He also holds out the great hope of God’s Gospel! His truth is set forth, revealing His glorious character and encouraging His messengers.

Join us for a Friday and Saturday of digging into that truth. We will draw out the Master’s directions for us as men “after God’s own heart,” and talk over how to reflect His glory in our roles as husbands and fathers, brothers and sons.

COST:
Cost for the retreat is $50.00 to be a resident guest for the weekend. This includes four meals, accommodations in the Elijah Retreat House and all activities.

Cost for commuters is $40.00 and includes everything except overnight accommodations.

Craig Kephart has been the pastor of Venice Presbyterian Church in Venice, PA for the past 19 years. Prior to serving at Venice, Craig worked with youth in Minnesota. He has a passion for men to be leaders in their church, families and communities.
