Pine Springs is Washington and Redstone Presbytery’s camp that ministers
to youth and adults year round. The college students who work for the
camp in the summer are touched for life to serve the Lord in their
future endeavors as well as several of the campers who come back year
after year. Some of the campers have even grown from being a camper to
being Volunteer Weekly Directors of camps at Pine Springs.
To
continue our ministry, the camp is in need of repairs which will keep
the camp functional. Churches are being asked to help by Adopting-A-Job
as one of your 2007 spring mission projects. Each church can either
select a job that will permit them to supply the materials and the
workforce to complete the job, supply the financial support for other
volunteers to complete a job, or financially support a job which must be
done by professionals completing the work. If none of the jobs are
financially feasible for your church, we will assist in pairing you up
with churches that are willing to help out financially.
